I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged FULL cost of service.
Although a 15 minute grace period is allowed, I do appreciate contact informing of potential late arrival. Beyond 15 minutes, the scheduled appointment will require modification (i.e. no polish applied) while maintaining full cost of service. Otherwise, the appointment will be rescheduled and a 50% cost of service fee will be applied.
Safety of arriving/leaving appointments will be taken into consideration and discussed between client and tech. Rescheduling will be allowed with all fees waived. If a client chooses to not show - without contacting tech - client will be treated as a no-show and charged FULL cost of service.
